The present invention relates to a ventilation device based on indoor and outdoor environmental conditions and a ventilation system using the same. More specifically, the present invention provides the ventilation device system, which can determine an indoor air quality, an outdoor air quality and a wind direction speed to ventilate indoor and outdoor spaces after measuring the same. To this end, the ventilation device system includes: a ventilation device based on indoor and outdoor environmental conditions; a data part in which values measured from an anemometer part and a sensor part and various schedules are stored; a display part displaying the values of the data part and operations of the schedules and the ventilation device; and a central processing control part controlling a window control part of the ventilation device based on the indoor and outdoor environmental conditions based on the data part and displaying the same on the display part.
본 발명은 실내ㆍ외 환경조건 기반의 환기장치 및 이를 이용한 환기시스템에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 실내의 공기질 뿐만 아니라 실외 공기질, 풍향풍속도 동시에 측정한 후 판단하여 실내외를 환기하도록 실내ㆍ외 환경조건 기반의 환기장치 상기 풍향풍속계부 및 센서부로부터 측정된 값과 각종 일정표가 저장된 데이터부 상기 데이터부의 값과 일정표 및 환기장치의 동작을 표시하는 디스플레이부 상기 데이터부를 기초하여 실내ㆍ외 환경조건 기반의 환기장치의 창문제어부를 제어 및 디스플레이부에 표시하는 중앙처리제어부를 포함하여 이루어진 환기장치 시스템을 제공한다.
