The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a stiffness reinforced streetlight. The method comprises: a through hole forming step of forming a through hole through which a rib is inserted along an axial direction of a column; a rib assembly step of assembling the rib having an occlusal groove in the through hole and being engaged with the other rib; a rib welding step of welding the rib and the through hole; a guider welding step of welding a guider formed with the occlusal groove through an inspection hole formed in the column on an inner surface of the column; and a completion assembly step of installing a luminaire and a flange on an upper end and a lower end of the column, respectively.
본 발명은 강성보강 가로등의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 등주의 축선방향을 따라 리브가 삽입되는 관통 홀을 형성하는 관통 홀 형성단계와, 상기 관통 홀에 교합 홈이 형성된 상기 리브를 조립하여 상대편 리브와 교합시키는 리브 조립단계와, 상기 리브와 관통 홀을 용접하는 리브 용접단계와, 상기 등주에 형성된 점검구 통해 교합 홈이 형성된 가이더를 상기 등주의 내측면에 용접하는 가이더 용접단계 및 상기 등주의 상단과 하단에 제각기 상기 등기구와 플랜지를 설치하는 완성체 조립단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강성보강 가로등의 제조방법이 개시된다.

본 발명은 강성보강 가로등의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 등주의 축선방향을 따라 리브가 삽입되는 관통 홀을 형성하는 관통 홀 형성단계와, 상기 관통 홀에 교합 홈이 형성된 상기 리브를 조립하여 상대편 리브와 교합시키는 리브 조립단계와, 상기 리브와 관통 홀을 용접하는 리브 용접단계와, 상기 등주에 형성된 점검구 통해 교합 홈이 형성된 가이더를 상기 등주의 내측면에 용접하는 가이더 용접단계 및 상기 등주의 상단과 하단에 제각기 상기 등기구와 플랜지를 설치하는 완성체 조립단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강성보강 가로등의 제조방법이 개시된다.
