RAPID HARDENING CONCRETE COMPOSITION FOR BRIDGE DECK OVERLAY CONCRETE PAVEMENT USING FURNACE SLAG AND FLYASH POWDER AND THE COSTRUCTION METHOD OF BRIDGE DECK OVERLAY CONCRETE PAVEMENT THEREOF
The present invention relates to a rapid-hardening concrete composition for bridge deck overlay pavement using furnace slag powder and fly ash, and a method for constructing bridge deck overlay pavement using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a rapid-hardening concrete composition for bridge deck overlay pavement using furnace slag powder and fly ash which includes, based on 100 parts by weight of rapid-hardening cement: 15-20 parts by weight of furnace slag powder; 5-20 parts by weight of fly ash; 5-10 parts by weight of an inorganic stimulating agent containing anhydrous sodium sulfate (Na_2SO_4) mixed with anhydrous calcium sulfate (CaSO_4) at the same weight ratio; and 30-50 parts by weight of water. The present invention also relates to a method for constructing bridge deck overlay pavement using the same.
본 발명은 고로슬래그분말 및 플라이애시를 사용한 초속경 콘크리트 교면포장 조성물 및 이를 이용한 교면포장 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 초속경시멘트 100중량부에 대하여, 고로슬래그분말 15~20중량부와; 플라이애시 5~20중량부와; 무수황산나트륨(NaSO), 무수황산칼슘(CaSO)을 각각 동일중량비로 혼합한 무기자극제 5-10중량부와; 물 30~50중량부;를 포함하여 조성되는 고로슬래그분말 및 플라이애시를 사용한 초속경 콘크리트 교면포장 조성물 및 이를 이용한 교면포장 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
