Backflow Prevention and Silent Manhole Cover and its Operation Method
The present invention relates to a manhole cover capable of relieving backflow and reducing noise, and an operation method thereof. To this end, according to the present invention, the manhole cover capable of relieving backflow and reducing noise, in a manhole cover which comprises a cover settled on an upper side of a manhole frame, and a locking apparatus provided to allow the manhole frame and the cover to lock and unlock each other, includes: a hanging groove which is formed on one side on an inner circumferential surface of the manhole frame; and an upper support piece and a lower support piece, which are formed on the bottom surface on one side of the cover, have guide holes at positions corresponding to each other upwards and downwards, and are formed at different positions upwards and downwards. The locking apparatus includes: guide pins which penetrate the guide holes of the upper and lower support pieces; and a locking piece which is formed on one side of the guide pins to protrude. The locking apparatus is locked when the locking piece is inserted into the hanging groove by rotation, and is unlocked when the locking piece escapes from the hanging groove. Accordingly, it is easy to lock and unlock the manhole frame and the cover since the locking piece, which is formed on one side of the guide pins to protrude, is inserted into the hanging groove of the manhole frame to lock the manhole cover, or escapes from the hanging groove to unlock the manhole cover, just by rotation of the locking apparatus.
본 발명은 역류해소와 소음저감이 가능한 맨홀뚜껑과 그 작동방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명의 역류해소와 소음저감이 가능한 맨홀뚜껑과 그 작동방법은 맨홀 프레임의 상부에 커버가 안착되고, 상기 맨홀 프레임과 커버가 상호 잠금 및 해제가 가능하도록 구비되는 잠금장치를 포함하는 맨홀뚜껑에 있어서, 상기 맨홀 프레임의 내주면 일측에는 걸림홈이 형성되고, 상기 커버의 일측 저면에는 상하로 대응되는 위치에 가이드공이 형성된 상부 지지편과 하부 지지편이 상하로 위치를 달리하여 형성되며, 상기 잠금장치는 상,하부 지지편의 가이드공을 관통하도록 가이드핀이 구비되고, 상기 가이드핀의 일측으로 잠금편이 돌출 형성되며, 상기 잠금편이 회전에 의하여 걸림홈에 삽입되어 잠금되거나 이탈되어 해제되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이로써, 맨홀 프레임과 커버가 잠금장치의 회전만으로도 가이드핀의 일측으로 돌출 형성되는 잠금편이 맨홀 프레임의 걸림홈에 삽입되어 잠금되거나 이탈되어 해제되므로 잠금 및 해제가 용이한 이점이 있다.

The present invention relates to a manhole cover capable of relieving backflow and reducing noise, and an operation method thereof. To this end, according to the present invention, the manhole cover capable of relieving backflow and reducing noise, in a manhole cover which comprises a cover settled on an upper side of a manhole frame, and a locking apparatus provided to allow the manhole frame and the cover to lock and unlock each other, includes: a hanging groove which is formed on one side on an inner circumferential surface of the manhole frame; and an upper support piece and a lower support piece, which are formed on the bottom surface on one side of the cover, have guide holes at positions corresponding to each other upwards and downwards, and are formed at different positions upwards and downwards. The locking apparatus includes: guide pins which penetrate the guide holes of the upper and lower support pieces; and a locking piece which is formed on one side of the guide pins to protrude. The locking apparatus is locked when the locking piece is inserted into the hanging groove by rotation, and is unlocked when the locking piece escapes from the hanging groove. Accordingly, it is easy to lock and unlock the manhole frame and the cover since the locking piece, which is formed on one side of the guide pins to protrude, is inserted into the hanging groove of the manhole frame to lock the manhole cover, or escapes from the hanging groove to unlock the manhole cover, just by rotation of the locking apparatus.
본 발명은 역류해소와 소음저감이 가능한 맨홀뚜껑과 그 작동방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명의 역류해소와 소음저감이 가능한 맨홀뚜껑과 그 작동방법은 맨홀 프레임의 상부에 커버가 안착되고, 상기 맨홀 프레임과 커버가 상호 잠금 및 해제가 가능하도록 구비되는 잠금장치를 포함하는 맨홀뚜껑에 있어서, 상기 맨홀 프레임의 내주면 일측에는 걸림홈이 형성되고, 상기 커버의 일측 저면에는 상하로 대응되는 위치에 가이드공이 형성된 상부 지지편과 하부 지지편이 상하로 위치를 달리하여 형성되며, 상기 잠금장치는 상,하부 지지편의 가이드공을 관통하도록 가이드핀이 구비되고, 상기 가이드핀의 일측으로 잠금편이 돌출 형성되며, 상기 잠금편이 회전에 의하여 걸림홈에 삽입되어 잠금되거나 이탈되어 해제되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이로써, 맨홀 프레임과 커버가 잠금장치의 회전만으로도 가이드핀의 일측으로 돌출 형성되는 잠금편이 맨홀 프레임의 걸림홈에 삽입되어 잠금되거나 이탈되어 해제되므로 잠금 및 해제가 용이한 이점이 있다.
