The present invention relates to a ceramic core and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a ceramic core having improved molding strength, plasticity strength, and elution property by fusing a crosslinked polymer through photopolymerization with an inorganic binder in order to manufacture a ceramic core with properties similar to injection molded ceramic core of precision casting by sand casting.
본 발명은 세라믹 코어 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 정밀 주조의 사출성형 세라믹 코어와 유사한 특성을 가지는 세라믹 코어를 사형 주조로 제조하기 위해 광중합을 통한 가교 고분자와 무기 바인더를 융합함으로써, 성형강도, 소성강도 및 용출성이 향상된 세라믹 코어 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
