Combined structure of hinged door and door frame
The present invention relates to a combination structure of a hinged door and a door frame, which prevents a finger or the like from being jammed between the door frame and the door, prevents the inner space of the door frame from narrowing by the thickness of the door when the door is open, and prevents a hinge shaft for rotatably supporting the door from being exposed to the outside, thereby making the exterior beautiful. The combination structure of a door frame (10) including upper and lower horizontal frames (11, 12) and both vertical frames (13, 14) and a door (20) connected to the inside of the door frame (10) comprises: a guide space portion (100) formed on a rear portion of the inside of one vertical frame (13) and having an axis (130) connected to an arc-shaped curved surface (110) via an inclined surface (120); an inner blocking portion (200) formed on one side of the door (20), having an inclined surface (210) and an axis (220) corresponding to the inclined surface (120) and the axis (130) of the guide space portion (100), and having a hinge shaft (230) rotatably connected to the upper and lower horizontal frames (11, 12) to rotate along the guide space portion (100); and an outer blocking portion (300) having a finger jamming prevention member (320) rotatably connected to one side of the upper and lower horizontal frames (11, 12) by a shaft (310) to elastically abut the rear surface of one side of the door (20).
본 발명은 문틀과 도어 사이에 손가락 등이 끼는 것을 예방하고, 도어를 개방하였을 때 도어의 두께만큼 문틀 내부공간이 좁아지는 것을 방지하며, 도어를 회전가능하게 지지하는 힌지축이 외부로 노출되는 것을 방지하여 외관이 미려하도록 한 여닫이식 도어와 문틀의 결합구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 상,하부수평프레임(11)(12) 및 양측 수직프레임(13)(14)으로 이루어지는 문틀(10)과; 문틀(10)의 내부에 연결되는 도어(20)의 결합구조로서, 일측 수직프레임(13)의 내측 후방에 형성되어 호형곡면(110)과 경사면(120)으로 연결되는 축선(130)을 구비하는 안내공간부(100); 도어(20)의 일측에 형성되어 안내공간부(100)의 경사면(120)과 축선(130)에 대응하는 경사면(210)과 축선(220)을 구비하고, 상,하부수평프레임(11)(12)에 회전가능하게 연결되는 힌지축(230)을 구비하여 안내공간부(100)를 따라 회전하는 내측차단부(200); 상,하부수평프레임(11)(12)의 일측에 축(310)으로 회전가능하게 연결되어 도어(20)의 일측 후면에 탄력적으로 밀착되는 손끼임방지막(320)을 구비하는 외측차단부(300)를 포함하여 구성된다.
