The present invention relates to a building wall block using an eco-friendly material for an apartment house, which provides an insulation effect for walls installed in an apartment house and also reduces the interior temperature of the walls to minimize condensation of the walls due to a difference between an outdoor air temperature, an indoor air temperature, and a wall temperature. To this end, the building wall block of the present invention includes: a filling material (110) formed by mixing ocher and elvan; an infrared lamp (120); a sound insulation plate (130); an inner wooden board (140) made of a wood material emitting scent; a waterproofing plate (150); an outer wooden board (160); a solar collector plate (170); an upper fixing plate (170); and a lower fixing plate (180).
본 발명은 공동주택에 설치되는 벽체의 단열효과를 제공함은 물론 벽체의 내면 온도를 높여줌으로써 외기온도와 실내온도 및 벽체온도의 차이로 인한 벽체 결로 현상을 최소화할 수 있는 공동주택의 친환경 소재를 이용한 건축물 벽체 블록에 관한 것이다.
