Disclosed is a device for blocking an entry to a tunnel, which is configured to prevent an inoperative state caused by irregular winding and releasing of a screen. The device for blocking an entry to a tunnel, which is mounted on a structure on a tunnel access path to display a warning message or warning text when an emergency occurs in the tunnel, comprises: a motor having a motor shaft and rotating forward or reverse; a rotating rod fastened to the motor shaft and rotating forward or reverse; a screen fixing shaft protruding in a radial direction from the rotating rod; a blocking screen including a plurality of perforations formed to be inserted to the screen fixing shaft, and wound or released by the forward or reverse rotation of the rotating rod; a first interlocking member including a first body portion and a plurality of first wing portions protruding outward from the outer surface of the first body portion, and fastened to one side of the rotating rod to interlock with the rotation of the rotating rod; and a second interlocking member including a second body portion and a plurality of second wing portions protruding outward from the outer surface of the second body portion, and fastened to the other side of the rotating rod to interlock with the rotation of the rotating rod.
