Fixed structure of soundproofing plate
The present invention relates to a fixing structure for a soundproofing panel in a soundproof tunnel, which comprises: bone frames (100) which determine the shape of the soundproof tunnel and are installed at regular intervals; guides (200) which are installed on an upper surface of the bone frames (100) in a longitudinal direction to divide the upper surface of the bone frames (100) into a left portion and a right portion; an inner cap (400) including a division unit (420) which is settled on the guides (200) and has an entrance opened upwards, and wing units (440) which are formed on both sides of an upper end of the division unit (420) and have a gasket (442) provided on a lower surface thereof to compress an upper surface of the soundproofing panel (300), wherein a waterproof piece is inserted into the division unit (420) to reach the bone frames (100); and an outer cap (500) which wraps around the inner cap (400), and has engagement legs (540) formed on both edges to be detachably installed on the inner cap (400) to cover the inner cap (400). The soundproofing panel (300) is inserted into and connected to a space formed between the wing units (440) of the inner cap (400) and an upper surface of the bone frames (100). The fixing structure for a soundproofing panel in a soundproof tunnel can secure watertightness and structural stability.
본 발명은 방음터널의 방음판 고정구조에 관한 것으로, 방음터널의 형태를 결정하며 일정한 간격으로 설치되는 뼈대프레임(100); 상기 뼈대프레임(100)의 상면에 길이 방향으로 설치되어 뼈대프레임(100)의 상면을 좌우로 구획하는 가이드(200); 상기 가이드(200)에 안착되는 것으로 위로 개방된 입구가 형성되는 구획부(420)와, 상기 구획부(420) 상단에서 좌우로 형성되어 아랫면에 방음판(300)의 상면을 압박하는 가스켓(442)이 구비된 날개부(440)를 포함하여 상기 구획부(420) 내부에 방수피스가 뼈대프레임(100)에 이르게 박히게 되는 내부캡(400); 상기 내부캡(400)을 감싸고 양쪽 가장자리에 결합다리(540)가 형성되어 상기 결합다리(540)가 내부캡(400)에 착탈식으로 설치되어 내부캡(400)을 덮어주는 외부캡(500);을 포함하여, 상기 내부캡(400)의 날개부(440)와 뼈대프레임(100) 상면 사이에 형성되는 공간에 방음판(300)이 끼워지며 연결되는 방음터널의 방음판 고정구조에 관한 것이다.
