SLOPE ANGLE SUPPORTING APPARATUS FOR STAGE WHEELCHAIR
The present invention relates to an apparatus for maintaining an inclination angle of a wheelchair ramp for a stage, which can maintain an inclination angle of a mobile wheelchair ramp, installed on a stage so that a wheelchair can travel up and down, to be an inclination angle required by the law, thereby enabling the disabled using wheelchairs to easily climb or leave the stage. To this end, the apparatus comprises: a support frame (20) for supporting a ramp (2) installed on the stage; an inclined frame (30) rotatably coupled by a shaft (22) to an upper end of the support frame (20) to adjust an inclination angle; and a fixing pin (36) fitted into fixing holes (31) of the inclined frame (30) to fix the inclination angle of the inclined frame (30). The inclined frame (30) has the fixing holes (31) formed on one side of the front and rear surfaces thereof; has an inclination maintaining protrusion (32) which is formed on a lower end of one side thereof to be bent inward, and is capable of adjusting the inclination angle; and has a bracket (33) which is formed on an upper portion thereof to be bent outward and is provided to be coupled to the bottom surface of the ramp (2). The length of the inclination maintaining protrusion bent inward on the lower end of the one side surface of the inclined frame is formed as the length at which the inclined frame (30) can maintain an inclination of 11 to 12 deg. C corresponding to 1/8 of the inclination when the inclined frame (30) rotates around the shaft (22) coupled to a shaft hole (21) and then, an end of the inclination maintaining protrusion (32) comes in contact with the support frame (20).
본 발명은 휠체어가 오르내릴 수 있도록 무대에 설치되는 이동식 휠체어 경사로의 경사각을 법령에서 요구하는 경사각도로 유지할 수 있도록 하여 휠체어를 이용하는 장애인이 무대에 쉽게 오르내릴 수 있도록 한 무대용 휠체어 경사로의 경사각 유지장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 무대에 설치되는 경사로(2)를 지지하기 위한 지지프레임(20)과; 상기 지지프레임(20) 상단에 회동가능하게 축(22)결합되어 경사각을 조절하는 경사프레임(30)과; 상기 경사프레임(30)의 경사각을 고정하기 위해 경사프레임(30)의 고정공(31)에 끼움 결합되는 고정핀(36);으로 이루어지되, 상기 경사프레임(30)의 전·후면 일 측에는 고정공(31)이 형성되고, 일 측면 하단에는 경사각을 조절할 수 있는 경사유지턱(32)이 내향 절곡형성되며, 상부에는 경사로(2) 저면과 결합을 위한 브라켓(33)이 외향 절곡 형성되며, 경사프레임의 일 측면 하단에 내향 절곡형성되는 경사유지턱의 길이는 경사프레임(30)이 축공(21)에 결합되는 축(22)을 중심으로 회동되었을 때, 경사유지턱(32)의 단부가 지지프레임(20)과 접촉되어 경사프레임(30)이 8분의 1의 기울기에 해당되는 11 ~ 12°의 경사를 유지할 수 있는 길이로 형성된다.
