SURFACE REPAIRING METHOD FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE
A method for repairing the surface of a concrete structure comprises the steps of: arranging a background surface including a cracked portion of a concrete structure; forming a primer layer by applying primer on the background surface; forming a first putty layer by applying a putty composition on the primer layer; attaching a first sheet with a circular pattern on the first putty layer such that the center of the pattern may be arranged on the cracked portion; forming a second putty layer by applying the putty composition on the first sheet; forming a first waterproof layer by applying a waterproofing agent on the second putty layer; attaching a second sheet with a grid pattern on the first waterproof layer; and forming a second waterproof layer by applying the waterproofing agent on the second sheet. Therefore, absorptivity with respect to external impact can be improved.
콘크리트 구조물 표면 보수 공법은 콘크리트 구조물의 균열 부위를 포함한 바탕면을 정리하고, 바탕면 상에 프라이머를 도포하여 프라이머층을 형성하며, 프라이머층 상에 퍼티조성물을 도포하여 제1 퍼티층을 형성하고, 제1 퍼티층 상에 원형 패턴을 가지는 제1 시트를 패턴의 중심이 균열 부위 상에 배치되도록 부착하며, 제1 시트 상에 퍼티조성물을 도포하여 제2 퍼티층을 형성하고, 제2 퍼티층 상에 방수제를 도포하여 제1 방수층을 형성하며, 제1 방수층 상에 격자 패턴을 가지는 제2 시트를 부착하고, 제2 시트 상에 방수제를 도포하여 제2 방수층을 형성한다.
