Apparatus for connecting deck plate for having shock absorbing function and deck having thereof
The present invention relates to a deck plate fastening device and a deck applied therewith. The deck plate fastening device comprises: a body in a rectangular plate shape; an inserted connection unit for protruding from the center of one side of the body in a squared U-shape; a plurality of fixed connection units for protruding from both edges of the other side of the body in a squared U-shape; and a plurality of coupling units for protruding from an upper surface of the body in an L-shape, and coupling a deck plate fastening device to a deck plate. The inserted connection unit (102) is inserted between the fixed connection units of the deck plate fastening device and another deck plate fastening device adjacent thereto, and the inserted connection unit of the deck plate fastening device is spaced apart from a bottom surface of the body of another deck plate fastening device, such that each of the deck plate fastening device and another deck plate fastening device can independently move in a vertical direction. Also, since two deck plate fastening devices connected to each other can independently move in a vertical direction, a deck plate coupled to each of the deck plate fastening devices can also independently move in a vertical direction to buffer the shock in a vertical direction.
데크 플레이트 체결 장치 및 그것이 적용된 데크에 관한 것으로, 데크 플레이트 체결 장치는 직사각형 평판 형태의 본체, 본체의 일측면의 가운데로부터 “[” 형상으로 돌출되는 삽입 연결부, 본체의 타측면의 양측 모서리로부터 “[” 형상으로 돌출되는 복수 개의 고정 연결부, 및 “L” 형상으로 본체의 상면으로부터 돌출되고 데크 플레이트 체결 장치를 데크 플레이트와 결합시키는 복수 개의 결합부를 포함하고, 삽입 연결부(102)는 데크 플레이트 체결 장치와 인접한 다른 데크 플레이트 체결 장치의 복수 개의 고정 연결부 사이로 삽입되고, 삽입된 데크 플레이트 체결 장치의 삽입 연결부는 다른 데크 플레이트 체결 장치의 본체 저면과 이격됨으로써, 데크 플레이트 체결 장치와 다른 데크 플레이트 체결 장치 각각은 독립적으로 수직방향으로 움직일 수 있다. 서로 연결된 2개의 데크 플레이트 체결 장치가 독립적으로 수직방향으로 움직일 수 있음에 따라 이러한 데크 플레이트 체결 장치와 각각 결합된 데크 플레이트 또한 독립적으로 수직방향으로 움직여 수직방향의 충격을 완화시킬 수 있다.
