External panel for construction
An objective of the present invention is to obtain a functional panel for the exterior of a building which minimizes construction costs, shortens a construction period, and allows a seismic design and a non-silicon construction method. The functional panel for the exterior of a building comprises: a substructure fastened by a horizontal bar and a vertical bar fixed on a structure; a C-shape vertical fastening frame fastened to the vertical bar of the substructure and provided with a plurality of insertion units and fastening units with a protrusion and a seating groove to support a panel; and a prefabricated panel unit which is inserted and coupled to the panel fastening unit of the C-shape vertical fastening frame, and includes an upper fastening unit having an upper seating groove, a rear protrusion with a bent hanging part, and a front protrusion to be stacked and assembled, and a lower fastening unit having a protrusion unit protruding between a front step and a rear step. The prefabricated panel units are stacked on top of each other to insert and couple the lower fastening unit and the upper fastening unit to facilitate construction and shorten a construction period.
본 발명의 시공비용을 최소화하고 시공시간을 단축할 수 있으며 특히 내진 설계와 무실리콘공법이 가능한 건축 외장용 기능성 판넬을 얻기 위한 것인 바, 구조체에 고정한 가로바와 세로바로 체결된 하지철물; 상기 하지철물의 세로바에 체결하되 삽입부와 판넬을 지지하도록 돌기부와 안착홈이 형성된 체결부가 다수개 배열된 'ㄷ'자형 세로체결프레임; 상기 'ㄷ'자형 세로체결프레임의 판넬체결부에 끼워져 체결하되 적층하여 조립하도록 전방돌기와 절곡된 걸이구가 형성된 후방돌기와 상부안착홈이 형성된 상부체결부와, 전방단턱과 후방단턱의 사이에 돌출된 돌기부가 형성된 하부체결부로 이루어진 조립형 판넬부; 상기 조립형 판넬부와 조립형판넬부를 서로 적층하여 하부체결부와 상부체결부를 끼워서 결합하여 시공이 편리하며 공사기간을 단축할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
