Water-Proof method for exposed concrete roof using multiple synthetic resin sheets
The present invention relates to a concrete waterproofing method using multiple synthetic resin sheets, which is able to connect multiple synthetic resin sheets with excellent flexibility while preventing external moisture from penetrating, and to conveniently, rapidly perform waterproofing construction on a side surface of concrete connected to a floor surface as well as the concrete floor surface. According to the present invention, the waterproofing method comprises: a step of placing multiple synthetic resin sheets to be overlapped on a part of a side surface adjacent to the concrete floor surface; a step of spreading a primer on the border of the synthetic resin sheets overlapped with and adjacent to each other; a step of aligning a flow layer formed in a longitudinal direction in the center of a rear surface of a strap-shaped fiber sheet having a certain width on the border of the synthetic resin sheets with the primer spread on the border of the synthetic resin sheets, interposing the flow layer, and attaching an adhesive layer formed in a longitudinal direction on both sides to each of the adjacent synthetic resin sheets; and a step of impregnating the fiber sheet with synthetic resin.
본 발명은 유연성이 우수한 합성수지 시트를 외부 수분이 침투하지 않도록 다수개로 연결하여 콘크리트의 바닥면은 물론, 바닥면과 연결되는 콘크리트 측면을 간편하고 신속하게 방수 시공할 수 있는 방수방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방수방법은, 콘크리트의 바닥면에 이웃하는 측면 일부가 중첩 적층되게 다수의 합성수지 시트를 포설하는 단계와, 중첩 적층된 이웃하는 합성수지 시트의 경계부위에 프라이머를 도포하는 단계와, 프라이머가 도포된 합성수지 시트의 경계부위에 소정 폭을 가지는 띠 형상의 섬유시트의 이면 중앙에 길이방향으로 형성되는 유동층을 합성수지 시트의 경계부위에 정렬시키고, 유동층을 개재하여 양측 길이방향으로 형성되는 접착층을 이웃하는 각각의 합성수지 시트에 접착하는 단계 및, 합성수지로 섬유시트를 함침하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진다.
