REINFORCING STRUCTURE FOR STEEL PIPE HEAD
The present invention relates to a pile head reinforcing structure in the field of civil engineering. The pile head reinforcing structure comprises: a pile of which a pile burying unit is buried in the ground, and pile penetration holes are formed on the circumference of a pile protruding unit protruding to the outside at regular intervals; a steel rod plate fixed and coupled by a coupler coupled to the pile penetration holes and partially inserted into a mounting space making up the pile, and provided with a pair of rod members coupled in a plus-shape when viewed from above and provided with a fixing coupling hole separated from each other and vertically formed on an upper portion thereof; and a stirrup inserted into and coupled to a fixing coupling hole positioned on the same line as the steel rod plate to fix a rod member. The pile head reinforcing structure improves the coupling structure of a steel pipe pile to improve structural stability and maintain and enhance future durability.
본 발명은 토목 분야의 파일말뚝 두부보강구조에 관한 것으로서, 지면에 파일 매설부가 매설되고 외부로 돌출되는 파일 돌출부의 둘레에는 일정 간격으로 파일 관통공이 형성되는 파일; 상기 파일을 구성하는 장착공간에 일부가 삽입되면서 상기 파일 관통공에 결합되는 체결구를 통해 고정결합되며, 상부에는 간격을 두고 수직방향으로 고정 결합공이 형성되는 한 쌍의 막대부재가 평면상 “+ ”자 형상으로 결합되는 강재 막대판; 및 상기 강재 막대판의 동일선상에 위치하는 고정 결합공에 끼움 결합되어 막대부재를 고정하는 띠 철근을 포함한다. 본 발명에 의한 파일말뚝 두부보강구조는 강관말뚝의 결합구조를 개선하여 구조적 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 장래 내구성을 유지 및 증진시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
