CERAMIC COATING METHOD OF MELAMINE CROCKERY
The present invention relates to a ceramic coating method for melamine dishes, including the steps of: a molding step which includes introducing a resin powder material to a molding part and carrying out the first pressurization to mold dishes; a first surface layer-forming step which includes cooling the molded dishes and carrying out the second pressurization by using the molding part, while heating the dishes; a second surface layer-forming step which includes cooling the dishes having the first surface layer and carrying out the third pressurization by using the molding part, while heating the dishes; cooling the dishes having the second surface layer and spraying a polishing agent thereto to form surface roughness; removing dust from the dishes having the surface roughness and preheating the dishes; and applying a coating solution to the preheated dishes to form a coating layer. The resin powder material includes a melamine resin, pulp, wood powder and a curing agent, the heating temperature during the formation of the first surface layer is higher than the heating temperature during the formation of the second surface layer, and the cooling temperature after the formation of the first surface layer is lower than the cooling temperature after the formation of the second surface layer.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르는 멜라민 식기의 세라믹 코팅 방법은, 수지 분말원료를 몰딩부에 넣고 1차로 가압하여 식기를 성형하는 성형단계; 성형된 식기를 냉각시킨 후 가열하면서 상기 몰딩부를 이용해 2차로 가압하는 1차 표면층 형성단계; 1차 표면층 형성된 식기를 냉각시킨 후 가열하면서 상기 몰딩부를 이용해 3차로 가압하는 2차 표면층 형성단계; 2차 표면층 형성된 식기를 냉각시킨 후, 연마재를 분사하여 요철을 형성하는 단계; 요철이 형성된 식기에 분진을 제거하고 예열하는 단계; 및 예열된 식기에 코팅액을 도포하여 코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 수지 분말원료는 멜라민 수지, 펄프, 목분 및 경화제를 포함하고, 상기 1차 표면층 형성시 가열 온도는 상기 2차 표면층을 형성시 가열 온도보다 높고, 상기 1차 표면층 형성 후의 냉각온도는 상기 2차 표면층 형성 후의 냉각온도보다 낮게 하여 형성된다.
