The present invention relates to a rubber magnet insertion device. The rubber magnet insertion device comprises: a gasket supply unit on which a gasket into which a rubber magnet is inserted is seated; a magnet supply unit disposed on one side of the gasket supply unit at a predetermined distance and supplying the rubber magnet inserted into the gasket supplied from the gasket supply unit; and a magnetic coupling unit which is disposed between the gasket supply unit and the magnet supply unit, and includes a gasket holding unit for moving the gasket disposed in the gasket supply unit in one direction, and at least one gasket seating unit for allowing the gasket moved through the gasket holding unit to be seated and forming an accommodation space so that the rubber magnet supplied from the magnet supply unit is inserted. According to the present invention, the rubber magnet can be automatically inserted into the gasket, thereby increasing work efficiency, and through predetermined quality control, the airtight property is prevented from deteriorating when the gasket is used in a device requiring an airtight property such as a refrigerator.
본 발명은 고무자석 삽입장치에 관한 것으로서, 고무자석 삽입장치는 고무자석이 삽입되는 가스켓이 안착되는 가스켓공급부; 가스켓공급부의 일측면에 소정거리 이격배치되며, 가스켓공급부에서 공급된 가스켓에 삽입되는 고무자석을 공급하는 자석공급부; 및 가스켓공급부와 자석공급부 사이에 배치되며, 가스켓공급부에 배치된 가스켓을 일방향으로 이동시키는 가스켓파지부와, 가스켓파지부를 통해 이동된 가스켓이 안착되며, 자석공급부에서 공급된 고무자석과 삽입되도록 수용공간을 형성하는 적어도 하나 이상의 가스켓안착부를 구비하는 자석결합부;를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명에 의하면, 가스켓에 고무자석을 자동으로 삽입할 수 있어 작업효율을 증대시킬 수 있으며, 일정한 품질관리를 통해 가스켓을 냉장고와 같은 기밀성을 필요로 하는 장치에 사용할 경우 기밀성이 저하되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
