The present invention relates to an automatic locking device for an upper cabinet. The device includes: a door locking fixture mounted at the lower end of a door opening and closing the inner portion of an upper cabinet with a horizontal surface wherein a door coupling hole is formed and a vertical surface which is fixed to the upper cabinet through a fastener formed at right angles; an upper housing fixed to the lower portion of the upper cabinet, having an upper housing mounting portion formed therein, and having a fixture insertion space on the outer side thereof so that the horizontal surface of the door locking fixture is inserted; a lower housing coupled to the lower portion of the upper housing, having a lower housing mounting portion in the inner portion thereof which corresponds to the upper housing mounting portion, and having a locking means mounting portion formed on the outer side thereof; an operating means installed in the upper and lower housing mounting portions and operating when a ball is moved by an impact transmitted to the upper cabinet; and a locking means mounted in the locking means mounting portion of the lower housing and preventing the door from being opened as a stopper is vertically elevated when the operating means is operated and inserted into the door coupling hole of the horizontal surface. The device according to the present invention is capable of fixing the door opening and closing the upper cabinet with the operating means operating in conjunction when the external force of an earthquake or the like is transmitted. In addition, the device is capable of minimizing damage to an article in the upper cabinet.
본 발명은 상부 가구장용 자동잠금장치에 관한 것으로서, 상부 가구장의 내부를 개폐하는 도어의 하부 끝단에 장착되고, 도어 결합공이 형성되는 수평면과 상기 상부 가구장에 체결구를 통해 고정되는 수직면이 직각 형상으로 형성되는 도어 걸림 고정구; 상기 상부 가구장의 하부에 고정되고, 내부에는 상부 하우징 장착부가 형성되며, 외측에는 상기 도어 걸림 고정구의 수평면이 삽입되는 고정구 삽입공간이 형성되는 상부 하우징; 상기 상부 하우징의 하부에 결합되고, 상기 상부 하우징 장착부와 대응하는 내부에 하부 하우징 장착부가 형성되며, 외측에는 잠금수단 장착부가 형성되는 하부 하우징; 상기 상하부 하우징 장착부에 설치되고, 상기 상부 가구장에 전달되는 충격에 따른 볼의 이동시 작동하는 작동수단; 및 상기 하부 하우징의 잠금수단 장착부에 장착되고, 상기 작동수단의 작동시 스톱퍼가 수직상승되어, 상기 수평면의 도어 결합공에 끼움 결합됨에 따라 도어가 개방되는 것을 방지하는 잠금수단;을 포함한다. 본 발명에 의한 상부 가구장용 자동잠금장치는 지진 등의 외력 전달시 연동작동하는 작동수단을 통해 상부 가구장을 개폐하는 도어를 고정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 상부 가구장의 내부에 수용되는 물품이 손상되는 것을 최소화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to an automatic locking device for an upper cabinet. The device includes: a door locking fixture mounted at the lower end of a door opening and closing the inner portion of an upper cabinet with a horizontal surface wherein a door coupling hole is formed and a vertical surface which is fixed to the upper cabinet through a fastener formed at right angles; an upper housing fixed to the lower portion of the upper cabinet, having an upper housing mounting portion formed therein, and having a fixture insertion space on the outer side thereof so that the horizontal surface of the door locking fixture is inserted; a lower housing coupled to the lower portion of the upper housing, having a lower housing mounting portion in the inner portion thereof which corresponds to the upper housing mounting portion, and having a locking means mounting portion formed on the outer side thereof; an operating means installed in the upper and lower housing mounting portions and operating when a ball is moved by an impact transmitted to the upper cabinet; and a locking means mounted in the locking means mounting portion of the lower housing and preventing the door from being opened as a stopper is vertically elevated when the operating means is operated and inserted into the door coupling hole of the horizontal surface. The device according to the present invention is capable of fixing the door opening and closing the upper cabinet with the operating means operating in conjunction when the external force of an earthquake or the like is transmitted. In addition, the device is capable of minimizing damage to an article in the upper cabinet.
본 발명은 상부 가구장용 자동잠금장치에 관한 것으로서, 상부 가구장의 내부를 개폐하는 도어의 하부 끝단에 장착되고, 도어 결합공이 형성되는 수평면과 상기 상부 가구장에 체결구를 통해 고정되는 수직면이 직각 형상으로 형성되는 도어 걸림 고정구; 상기 상부 가구장의 하부에 고정되고, 내부에는 상부 하우징 장착부가 형성되며, 외측에는 상기 도어 걸림 고정구의 수평면이 삽입되는 고정구 삽입공간이 형성되는 상부 하우징; 상기 상부 하우징의 하부에 결합되고, 상기 상부 하우징 장착부와 대응하는 내부에 하부 하우징 장착부가 형성되며, 외측에는 잠금수단 장착부가 형성되는 하부 하우징; 상기 상하부 하우징 장착부에 설치되고, 상기 상부 가구장에 전달되는 충격에 따른 볼의 이동시 작동하는 작동수단; 및 상기 하부 하우징의 잠금수단 장착부에 장착되고, 상기 작동수단의 작동시 스톱퍼가 수직상승되어, 상기 수평면의 도어 결합공에 끼움 결합됨에 따라 도어가 개방되는 것을 방지하는 잠금수단;을 포함한다. 본 발명에 의한 상부 가구장용 자동잠금장치는 지진 등의 외력 전달시 연동작동하는 작동수단을 통해 상부 가구장을 개폐하는 도어를 고정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 상부 가구장의 내부에 수용되는 물품이 손상되는 것을 최소화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
