본 발명은 창문프레임 혹은 방충망프레임에 일체형으로 장착되어 창문프레임 혹은 방충망프레임의 슬라이딩 동작을 통해 외부 유리창의 유리 표면을 세척할 수 있도록 하고, 출몰(出沒)형 고무칼을 마련하여 평상 시 또는 슬라이딩 이동 시 외부 요소로부터 간섭받지 않도록 메인프레임 내에 은닉되게 할 수 있고, 사용 시 외부 조작에 의해 돌출시켜 사용하고 외부창과의 밀착 정도를 조절할 수 있도록 한 창문프레임 일체형 외부 유리창 세척장치를 제공한다.
