A handle for furniture is attached to the front board of a drawer or a door of furniture and comprises: a rear cover; a handle base coupled to the rear cover to form an internal space and provided with a rotary lever seating port in the middle thereof to allow the internal space and the outside to communicate with each other to provide a handle unit extended towards the center along an edge of the rotary lever seating port; a rotary lever seated on the rotary lever seating port from the internal space towards the outside, and provided with a stopping protrusion unit formed on an edge thereof and coming in contact with the rear surface of the handle unit to limit a forward movement; and an elastic body wherein one end thereof is assembled on the center of the rear cover, and the other end thereof is assembled on the center of the rotary lever to insert one side of the rotary lever backwards when a user presses the one side of the rotary lever and allow the rotary lever to be seated on the rotary lever seating port again by an elastic force when an external force by the user is removed. The appearance is not degraded since the handle is not protruding to the outside of a door. The front surface of the body unit of the rotary lever can be used for multiple purposes such as nametag attachment and the handle unit can be held in both the vertical and horizontal directions to open and close a drawer or a door of furniture, so that usability is excellent.
가구의 도어 또는 서랍 앞판에 부착되는 가구용 손잡이에 있어서, 후면커버; 상기 후면커버와 결합하여 내부공간을 형성하고 가운데에 상기 내부공간과 외부가 연통되도록 하는 회전레버안착구를 구비하여 상기 회전레버안착구의 가장자리를 따라 중앙을 향해 연장형성된 손잡이부를 마련하는 손잡이 베이스; 상기 내부공간으로부터 외부를 향하여 상기 회전레버안착구에 안착되되, 테두리에 형성된 걸림턱부가 상기 손잡이부의 후면에 접촉하여 전방으로의 움직임이 제한되는 회전레버; 및 일단은 상기 후면커버의 중앙에 조립되고 타단은 상기 회전레버의 중앙에 조립되어, 사용자가 상기 회전레버의 일측을 누르면 상기 회전레버의 일측이 후방으로 들어가도록 하고 사용자의 외력이 없어지면 탄성에 의해 상기 회전레버가 상기 회전레버안착구에 다시 안착되도록 하는 탄성체;를 포함하는 가구용 손잡이를 제공하여, 손잡이가 도어 외측으로 돌출되지 않아 외관미를 저하시키지 않고, 회전레버의 몸체부 전면(前面)을 네임텍 부착 등의 다양한 용도로 활용할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 상하좌우 모든 방향으로 손잡이부를 잡아서 가구의 도어나 서랍을 개폐할 수 있어 사용성이 우수하다.
