The present invention relates to an inner cover device for a manhole having a locking function. More specifically, the inner cover device, which is made to enhance security by being installed on a manhole comprising a manhole frame body and a manhole cover detachably fastened with the manhole frame body, includes: an inner cover panel placed in the upper part of a ring-shaped engaged protrusion part formed inside the manhole frame body; a latch of a bent structure formed on the inner cover panel to be engaged with the engaged protrusion part; and a locking unit connecting and fixing the inner cover panel to the engaged protrusion part or disconnecting and unfixing the same. Therefore, as the locking unit is installed in an edge part of the bottom of the inner cover panel to be adjacent to the engaged protrusion part of the manhole frame body, a movement range of the locking bar is reduced to enable the locking bar to be efficiently engaged and reduce the friction and engagement of the locking bar in the operation procedure, and front and rear slits guiding the locking bar are formed to have different widths, thereby reducing friction and obstructing during a procedure in which the locking bar is moved.
본 발명은 잠금기능을 갖는 맨홀용 속뚜껑장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 맨홀틀본체와 이 맨홀틀본체의 착탈가능하게 체결되는 맨홀뚜껑으로 구성되는 맨홀에 설치되어, 보안성을 높이도록 된 속뚜껑장치에 있어서, 상기 맨홀틀본체의 내측에 형성되는 환형의 걸림턱부 상부에 배치되는 속뚜껑패널와, 상기 속뚜껑패널에 형성되어, 상기 걸림턱부에 걸림되는 절곡된 구조의 걸림쇠와, 상기 속뚜껑패널을 상기 걸림턱부에 연결고정 또는 연결고정을 해제시키는 잠금유닛으로 이루어져, 잠금유닛이 맨홀틀본체의 걸림턱부와 근접되도록 속뚜껑패널의 저면 테두리 부분에 설치하여, 잠금바의 이동범위를 줄여 효율적으로 체결이 가능하게 되고 작동과정에서 잠금바의 마찰과 걸림을 줄일 수 있게 되고, 잠금바가 안내되는 전방슬릿과 후방슬릿의 폭을 다르게 형성시켜 잠금바가 이동되는 과정에서 마찰과 걸림을 줄일 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.
