The present invention relates to an eco-friendly flame-retardant building exterior panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The panel is a high-density compression panel in which a melamine resin-impregnated pattern layer and a UV coating layer are sequentially stacked and heat-pressed on both sides of a phenolic resin-impregnated kraft paper layer containing a flame retardant. In the phenolic resin-impregnated kraft paper layer containing a flame retardant, the phenolic resin contains a mixture of 65 to 75% by weight of a soft-type phenolic resin having a molar ratio of formaldehyde to phenols of 0.9 to 1 and 25 to 35% by weight of a hard-type phenolic resin having a molar ratio of formaldehyde to phenols of 1.8 to 2.0. Therefore, provided is an eco-friendly exterior panel with improved flame resistance and water resistance, which is specialized in high-density wood panels as exterior materials.
본 발명은 친환경 방염 건축용 외장 패널 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 난연제를 포함하는 페놀수지 함침 크라프트지층을 중심으로 그 양면에, 멜라민 수지 함침 모양지층 및 UV 코팅층이 순차적으로 적층 및 가열가압성형된 고밀도 압축 패널로, 난연제를 포함하는 페놀수지 함침 크라프트지층에 있어서 페놀수지는 페놀류에 대한 포름알데하이드류의 몰비가 0.9 내지 1인 소프트타입 페놀수지 65 내지 75중량%와 페놀류에 대한 포름알데하이드류의 몰비가 1.8 내지 2.0인 하드타입 페놀수지 25 내지 35중량%의 혼합물을 포함하여, 고밀도 목재패널을 외장재로서 특화시킨 친환경적이면서 방염 및 내수성이 향상된 외장 패널을 제공한다.
