Interior board of construction and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a board for finishing a building, and a method of producing the same, wherein the board is prepared using fly ash which is a remaining by-product from steam plants, as a main component, and is usable in finishing the inner walls of a building or the like. In particular, the method comprises the steps of: A) mixing 54.5-75.5 wt% of fly ash, 15.0-25.5 wt% of wood flour (sawdust), and 9.5-20.0 wt% of an antibacterial material, and powdering the mixture to form a base material; B) mixing 45.7-66.5 wt% of the base material prepared in step A), 13.5-19.0 wt% of magnesium oxide (MgO), 3.5-8.5 wt% of silicon dioxide (SiO2), 14.5-19.5 wt% of magnesium chloride (MgCl2), and 2.0-5.5 wt% of carbon fiber powder, to form a mixture; C) with respect to 100 parts by weight of an admixture formed by mixing the mixture obtained in step B) with a liquid binder containing an acrylic water-soluble emulsion in a weight ratio of 1:0.1-5.0, adding 5-15 parts by weight of a foaming agent, 2-10 parts by weight of a stabilizer, and 5-15 parts by weight of a fortifying agent, and stirring the mixture at 180-220°C for 20-40 minutes at a rotation rate of 1,800-2,200 rpm, to form a stirred product; and D) drying a molded product formed by injecting the stirred product obtained in step C) into a forming mold and injection molding the same at 150-180°C.
본 발명은 화력발전소에서 사용하고 남은 부산물인 플라이애쉬(석탄재)를 주재로 제조하여 건물 내벽 등의 마감 처리에 사용할 수 있도록 한 건축물 마감용 보드 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 구성은, A) 플라이애쉬(fly ash) 54.5 - 75.5WT%, 목분(톱밥) 15.0 - 25.5WT%, 항균물질 9.5 - 20.0WT%를 혼합한 후 그를 분말화하여 베이스 원료를 형성하는 단계; B) 상기 A)단계의 베이스 원료 47.5 - 66.5WT%, 산화마그네슘(MgO) 13.5 - 19.0WT%, 산화규소(SiO) 3.5 - 8.5WT%, 염화마그네슘(MgCl) 14.5 - 19.5WT%, 탄소섬유분말 2.0 - 5.5WT%를 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; C) 상기 B)단계의 혼합물과 아크릴계 수용성 에멀젼을 포함하는 액상 바인더를 1:0.1-5.0의 중량비율로 혼합시켜 된 혼합제 100중량부에 대하여, 발포제 5 - 15중량부, 안정제 2 - 10중량부, 증강제 5 - 15중량부를 첨가한 후 180 - 220℃ 온도에서 20 - 40분간 1800 - 2200RPM 회전속도로 교반하여 교반물을 형성하는 단계; 및 D) 상기 C)단계의 교반물을 성형몰드 내에 주입하고 150 - 180℃ 온도에서 사출성형시켜 된 성형물을 건조시키는 단계로 이루어진다.
