The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a road surface crusher by a casting method, which manufactures the final road surface crusher by cutting each of inner and outer portions of a frame by using a machine tool after integrally casting the frame of the road surface crusher at once and coupling detailed components (a motor, a drum, a movement-related device and an attachment part) of the road surface crusher after processing separate holes and taps. Therefore, the method for manufacturing a road surface crusher can quickly manufacture the road surface crusher.
본 발명은 주조공법에 의한 노면파쇄기의 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 노면파쇄기 프레임을 한 번에 일체형으로 주조한 다음 공작기계를 이용하여 프레임의 외부 및 내부 각 부분을 절삭하고 별도의 홀과 탭을 가공한 후 노면파쇄기의 세부 구성(모터, 드럼, 이동관련장치, 어테치먼트부 등)을 결합하여 최종적인 노면파쇄기를 제작하는 방법에 관한 발명이다.
