The present invention relates to an automatic opening/closing apparatus for a hinged door capable of automatically opening/closing a hinged door. The automatic opening/closing apparatus includes: a sensing part for generating a sensing signal by sensing an accessor accessing the front or rear side of a hinged door; a doorknob rotation part connected to a doorknob of the hinged door to rotate the doorknob; a hinged part formed between a wall and the hinged door to open an entrance by rotating the hinged door in a normal direction through normal rotation, or to close the entrance by rotating the hinged door in a reverse direction through reserve rotation; a control part generating a doorknob operation control signal for controlling the operation of the doorknob rotation part or a hinged part operation control signal for controlling the operation of the hinged part by receiving the sensing signal generated by the sensing part; and a power supply part for supplying power to each of the sensing part, the doorknob rotation part, the hinged part, and the control part.
