The present invention relates to an integrated repair and reinforcement method for repairing cracks and restoring a cross-section of a concrete structure and, more specifically, to an integrated repair and reinforcement method for repairing cracks and restoring a cross-section of a concrete structure, which is improved to increase a repair effect of the cross-section, suppress delamination in an interface to be solidly attached and fixed in an optimal state to increase the repair effect, suppress the cracks, improve anti-corrosive performance, prevent concrete from being neutralized, and suppress strength damage caused by freezing and thawing to achieve the longevity of the restored cross-section. To this end, the integrated repair and reinforcement method for repairing cracks and restoring a cross-section of a concrete structure includes a construction surface impurity cleaning step, an anti-corrosive spray step, a waterproof spray step, a crack portion putting step, and a cross-section restoring step.
