The present invention relates to a standalone anti-twist adapter. An objective of the present invention is to solve a problem of an intervention unit in that the intervention unit is only useful when being fastened and assembled with a coupling fire hose and twist of the fire hose cannot be automatically released. The present disclosure relates to the standalone anti-twist adapter comprising: an adapter main body through which the inside is formed, and wherein a first intervention unit formed as a ball or a snap ring on the front outer surface is formed and a second intervention unit formed as the ball or the snap ring on the rear outer surface is formed; a first connection unit wherein a rear portion thereof is coupled to the adapter main body to be relatively rotatable through the first intervention unit and a female screw unit is formed in a front portion thereof; a second connection unit wherein a rear portion thereof is coupled to the adapter main body to be relatively rotatable through the second intervention unit and a male screw unit is formed in a front portion thereof; and a packing seating groove formed protruding inwardly on the inner surface of the first connection unit and positioned between the female screw unit and the first intervention unit.
