본 발명은 콘크리트 및 강구조물의 염해, 중성화 방지 및 방수, 방식 기능의 친환경 표면보호공법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 탄성 고분자 복합 소재를 이용하여 콘크리트 구조물 및 강 구조물의 내구성이 우수하고 외부 환경적 요인에 의한 부식을 방지할 수 있고, 방수 기능이 탁월한 친환경 표면 보호 공법에 관한 것이다.
