A concrete material manufactured by a mortar composition according to the present invention comprises a photocatalyst comprising a silicon-based carrier carrying titanium oxide, thereby having excellent compressive strength and structural stability. Also, the composition minimizes activity reduction of the photocatalyst due to solar light even through the photocatalyst exists in the material, thereby having excellent purification efficiency against contaminants.
