Hybrid lightweight mortar composition
The present invention relates to a hybrid lightweight mortar composition to increase ease of construction. According to the present invention, the hybrid lightweight mortar composition comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement: 10-50 parts by weight of lightweight aggregate; 10-50 parts by weight of calcium carbonate powder; 0.5-2 parts by weight of acrylic resin; 1-4 parts by weight of vinyl resin; 1-10 parts by weight of a CSA-based expansion agent and a CaO-based expansion agent; 0.1-2 parts by weight of calcium hydrogen carbonate; 1-10 parts by weight of anhydrate gypsum; 0.1-1 part by weight of reinforcement fiber; 0.1-1 part by weight of a dispersant; 0.05-0.1 parts by weight of an air-entrainment agent; 80-150 parts by weight of silica; 2-10 parts by weight of a pot-life control agent; and 0.05-0.1 parts by weight of a stabilizer.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부에 대해 경량골재 10 내지 50중량부, 탄산칼슘 분말 10 내지 50중량부, 아크릴수지 0.5 내지 2중량부, 비닐수지 1 내지 4중량부, CSA계 팽창제 및 CaO계 팽창제 1 내지 10중량부, 탄산수소칼륨 0.1 내지 2중량부, 무수석고 1 내지 10중량부, 보강섬유 0.1 내지 1중량부, 분산제 0.1 내지 1중량부, 기포연행제 0.05 내지 0.1중량부, 규사 80 내지 150중량부, 가사시간 조절제 2 내지 10중량부, 안정제 0.05 내지 0.1중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 경량 모르타르 조성물에 관한 것이다.
