The present invention relates to an entry and exit blocking gate apparatus, which is installed on an access road of a riverside, a mountaineering trail and a bridge to close the access road in an emergency situation such as sudden heavy rain or during late night hours and open the access road in a safe situation, thereby safely controlling the access road without emergency dispatch of predetermined manpower and functioning as a billboard posting required announcements or promotional materials.
본 발명은 진출입 차단 게이트장치에 관한 것으로, 하천변, 등산로, 교량 등의 진입로에 설치되어 갑작스러운 폭우 시와 같이 위급상황이나 심야시간 대에 진입로를 폐쇄하고 안전한 상황이 되면 진입로를 개방하여 지정된 인력의 비상출동 없이도 진입로를 안전하게 통제할 수 있도록 하며, 필요한 공지사항이나 홍보물을 게시하는 광고판으로서의 기능도 수행할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
