SNAP-ON ROOF PLATE ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates to an insertion-engagement-type roof plate assembly. To this end, according to the present invention, the insertion-engagement-type roof plate assembly comprises: a large number of clip piles fixed on a roof frame; and a large number of roof plates which include a first cap engagement unit inserted into and engaged with the clip piles, and a second cap engagement unit inserted into and engaged with the first cap engagement unit, which is inserted into and engaged with the clip piles, to be external, and wherein the first cap engagement unit and the second cap engagement unit are respectively formed on both sides. The clip piles include: a base engaged with and fixed on the roof frame by engagement pieces; and a cap fixing unit integrated with the center of the base to protrude upwards and to have a large number of first hanging bumps molded in a sawtooth pattern on both side surfaces. The first cap engagement unit and the second cap engagement unit of the roof plates include: a cap unit in a trapezoid shape whose width is narrower towards the upper side; and second hanging bumps molded on both sides on a lower side of the cap unit in a sawtooth pattern. The roof plates can be simply engaged by an insertion engagement method through the first cap engagement unit engaged with the clip piles and the second cap engagement unit on the external side of the first cap engagement unit without a separate engagement piece. Accordingly, the present invention is able to improve constructability, to allow the first hanging bumps of the clip piles and the second hanging bumps of the first cap engagement unit and the second cap engagement unit to be engaged with each other to be overlapped in a sawtooth pattern, to improve waterproofing and ventilation, to prevent the first hanging bumps and the second hanging bumps from being dislodged from each other, and to improve the wind pressure resistance.
본 발명은 끼움 결합식 지붕플레이트 조립체에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 지붕프레임에 고정되는 다수의 클립파일; 및 상기 클립파일에 끼움 결합되는 제1캡결합부와 상기 클립파일에 끼움 결합된 제1캡결합부에 외장되게 끼움 결합되는 상기 제2캡결합부가 양측에 각각 형성되는 다수의 지붕플레이트;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 클립파일은 상기 지붕프레임에 결합피스로 결합되어 고정되는 베이스와, 상기 베이스의 중앙에 일체로 상향 돌출되고 양측면에는 톱니 형태로 성형된 다수의 제1걸림돌기가 형성되는 캡고정부로 이루어지고, 상기 지붕플레이트의 제1,2캡결합부는 상부로 갈수록 폭이 좁아지는 사다리꼴 형태로 돌출된 캡부와, 상기 캡부의 하부 양측에 톱니 형태로 성형된 제2걸림돌기로 이루어지고, 상기 지붕플레이트는 클립파일에 결합되는 제1캡결합부와 상기 제1캡결합부에 외장되는 제2캡결합부를 통해 별도의 결합피스 없이 끼움결합 방식으로 간단히 결합될 수 있도록 하여 시공성을 향상시킬 수 있고,상기 클립파일의 제1걸림돌기와 제1,2캡결합부의 제2걸림돌기가 상호 간 톱니 형태로 중첩되게 결합되어 방수와 환기는 물론, 상호 간 이탈이 방지되어 내풍압 성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an insertion-engagement-type roof plate assembly. To this end, according to the present invention, the insertion-engagement-type roof plate assembly comprises: a large number of clip piles fixed on a roof frame; and a large number of roof plates which include a first cap engagement unit inserted into and engaged with the clip piles, and a second cap engagement unit inserted into and engaged with the first cap engagement unit, which is inserted into and engaged with the clip piles, to be external, and wherein the first cap engagement unit and the second cap engagement unit are respectively formed on both sides.
