Disclosed is a CCTV fixing apparatus capable of adjusting an installation angle, which is able to transmit to a receiver an image of a moving object filmed by a surveillance camera mounted on an external side end of a horizontal bar connected to an upper side of a post. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the CCTV fixing apparatus capable of adjusting the installation angle comprises: the post applied to the CCTV fixing apparatus for transmitting an image of a moving object filmed by a surveillance camera to a random receiver, installed vertically on the ground surface and having a checking unit mounted on a random position; and a horizontal bar connected to an upper side of the post to have at least one of a first surveillance camera and a second surveillance camera mounted on an external side end. The horizontal bar includes: a storage box on which the first surveillance camera is mounted; a fixing plate with the storage box mounted thereon and long-hole-shaped fastening holes repeatedly formed on the same circumference of an edge; U bolts engaged with the fastening holes to place the fixing plate on an upper side or a lower side of the horizontal bar so as to fix the fixing plate on the horizontal bar; and surveillance camera mounting modules for adjusting the filming directions of the first surveillance camera or the second surveillance camera in accordance with the environment where the CCTVs are installed.
