The present invention provides a grating and a manufacturing method for manufacturing the same which can reduce manufacturing time and costs of a grating. The grating comprises: a plurality of support frames including an upper support unit and a lower support unit making up an upper portion and a lower portion thereof, and a side support unit connecting the upper and lower support units, having a penetrated middle portion, and consisting of a tight attaching unit of which the circumferential surface is formed to be inclined outwards from the penetrated portion, and further including a fixing unit arranged on both sides of the lower surface of the upper support unit and both sides of the upper surface of the lower support unit, and an insertion unit formed on the middle portion of a lower portion of the lower support unit; a connection frame including a connection shaft penetrating the side support unit, and a plurality of pairs of connection members having a tight protrusion inserted into and fixed on the tight attaching unit; and a fixing frame including an upper fixing frame and a lower fixing frame separably coupled to the upper and lower support units, a side fixing frame connecting the upper and lower fixing frames, a fixing protrusion arranged on the upper and lower fixing frames and inserted into the fixing unit, and a support protrusion arranged on the lower fixing frame and inserted into the insertion unit.
본 발명은, 상부 및 하부를 이루는 상부 지지부 및 하부 지지부와, 상기 상부 및 하부 지지부를 연결하며, 중앙부가 관통되고,둘레면이 관통된 부분으로부터 외측으로 경사지게 형성되는 밀착부로 구성된 측면 지지부를 포함하며, 상기 상부 지지부의 하부면 양측과 상기 하부 지지부의 상부면 양측에 각각 구성되는 고정부와, 상기 하부 지지부의 하부 중앙부에 형성되는 삽입부가 더 구성되는 다수개의 지지 프레임; 상기 측면 지지부를 관통하는 연결축과, 상기 밀착부에 삽입 및 고정되는 밀착돌기가 형성되는 한 쌍의 연결부재가 다수개로 구성되는 연결 프레임; 및 상기 상부 및 하부 지지부에 각각 분리 가능하게 결합되는 상부 고정 프레임 및 하부 고정 프레임과, 상기 상부 및 하부 고정 프레임을 연결하는 측부 고정 프레임과, 상기 상부 및 하부 고정 프레임에 각각 구성되며, 상기 고정부에 삽입되는 고정돌기와, 상기 하부 고정 프레임에 구성되고, 상기 삽입부에 삽입되는 지지턱으로 구성된 고정 프레임;을 포함하는 그레이팅 및 이 그레이팅을 제조하는 제조방법을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
