SIS SEBS Asphalt Concrete Compositions Having Low Noise and Permeable Using Styrene Isoprene Styrene Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene and Aggregate-powder of Improved Grain Size for Anti-freezing and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention provides a low-noise and permeable asphalt concrete composition for anti-freezing including styrene isoprene styrene, styrene ethylene butylene styrene, and fine aggregate with an improved grain size and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the low-noise and permeable asphalt concrete composition for anti-freezing comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of asphalt: 1-25 parts by weight of styrene isoprene styrene; 1-25 parts by weight of styrene ethylene butylene styrene copolymer; 1-25 parts by weight of petroleum resin; 500-2,000 parts by weight of aggregate; 30-150 parts by weight of fine aggregate; 0.1-2 parts by weight of cellulose fiber; 0.1-2 parts by weight of wax; 0.1-2 parts by weight of calcium chloride; and 0.1-2 parts by weight of calcium oxide. Accordingly, the low-noise and permeable asphalt concrete composition for anti-freezing provides effects of preventing that a surface of the asphalt is frozen at low temperature, providing low-noise permeability while providing good durability and preventing plastic deformation, aging, and/or peeling-off from easily occurring, and allowing a deposition process to be easily performed at low cost.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 1 내지 25중량부; 스티렌에틸렌부틸렌스티렌 공중합체 1 내지 25중량부; 석유수지 1 내지 25중량부; 골재 500 내지 2,000중량부; 미분말 골재 30 내지 150중량부; 셀룰로오스 섬유 0.1 내지 2중량부; 왁스 0.1 내지 2중량부; 염화칼슘 0.1 내지 2중량부; 및 산화칼슘 0.1 내지 2중량부를 포함하는 결빙방지용 저소음 배수성 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물, 특정적으로 SIS, SEBS 및 개선된 골재 입도의 미분말 골재를 포함하는 결빙방지용 저소음 배수성 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 저온에서 표면이 결빙되는 것을 방지하고, 내구성이 좋을 뿐만 아니라, 소성변형, 노화 및/또는 박리가 쉽게 발생하지 않으면서도 저소음의 배수성을 갖고, 저비용으로 타설공정을 용이하게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 등의 효과가 있다.

The present invention provides a low-noise and permeable asphalt concrete composition for anti-freezing including styrene isoprene styrene, styrene ethylene butylene styrene, and fine aggregate with an improved grain size and a construction method thereof.
