Polyurea resin composition for water-proof coating with high permeability ann its coating method
The present invention relates to a polyurea resin composition for a water-proof coating having a high permeability, and a method for constructing a polyurea water-proof coating, and more specifically, to: a polyuria resin composition which is for a water-proof coating having a high permeability, and in which a main agent is composed of 5-20 parts by weight of a silver nano colloid solution, 3-10 parts by weight of a particle dispersant, 0.5-3 parts by weight of an antioxidant with respect to 100 parts by weight of a prepolymer including isocyanate at the end, a curing agent is composed of 30-70 parts by weight of a diethyltoluenediamine, 5-15 parts by weight of an alkali silicate, 5-12 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene castor oil, 0.5-3 parts by weight of a UV stabilizer, and 0.2-2 parts by weight of a defoaming agent, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a polyoxypropylenediamine, thus has excellent excellent antibacterial properties and no fear of discoloration, and further has an effect of reinforcing the internal structure by penetrating into a concrete; and a method for constructing a polyurea water-proof coating using the same.
본 발명은 고침투성 방수도료용 폴리우레아 수지조성물 및 이를 이용한 폴리우레아 방수도막의 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게 설명하자면, 주제는 말단에 이소시아네이트를 포함하는 프리폴리머 100 중량부에 대하여, 은나노 콜로이드 용액 5~20 중량부와, 입자분산제 3~10 중량부, 산화방지제 0.5~3 중량부를 포함하여 구성되고, 경화제는, 폴리옥시프로필렌디아민 100 중량부에 대하여, 디에틸톨루엔디아민 30~70 중량부와, 알칼리 규산염 5~15 중량부, 폴리옥시에틸렌 캐스터오일 5~12 중량부, 자외선 안정제 0.5~3 중량부, 소포제 0.2~2 중량부를 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 항균성이 우수하고 변색의 우려가 없으며, 나아가 콘크리트 속으로 침투하여 내부조직을 치밀하게 강화시켜 주는 효능이 있는 고침투성 방수도료용 폴리우레아 수지조성물 및 이를 이용한 폴리우레아 방수도막의 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
