Apparatus for selecting and collecting microplastics and coastal cleaning car including the same
Disclosed is equipment which is for sorting and collecting microplastics and in which general waste and microplastics are sorted and collected on sand at the beach. The equipment for sorting and collecting microplastics includes: a flight conveyor comprising a plurality of pulleys and a belt installed on the plurality of pulleys, wherein the belt endlessly repeats moving in a horizontal movement section, an ascending section and a descending section; a plurality of protruding branches installed protruding to the belt so as to contact with the sandy bottom of the beach, in the horizontal movement section, collecting general wastes and microplastics up to the start position of the ascending section, and upwardly moving wastes and microplastics in the ascending section; a first collection unit for collecting general wastes falling from the flight conveyor; a separation unit for separating and sorting microplastics and sand falling through the holes formed in the belt, and discharging the sand to the beach; and a second collection unit for collecting the microplastics separated from the sand, wherein the separation unit includes, firstly, a cyclone-type separation unit using the cyclone principle, secondarily, a static electricity generating roller to which fine plastics are attached by static electricity, and at least one separating bar that contacts with the static electricity generating roller that is rotating and separates the microplastics attached to the static electricity generating roller.

Disclosed is equipment which is for sorting and collecting microplastics and in which general waste and microplastics are sorted and collected on sand at the beach.
