Truss for preventing buckling of joints
The present invention relates to a truss for joint buckling prevention which fills a filling reinforcement material in an upper/lower chord member at a joint where a web member and the upper chord member or the lower chord member are joined to form a joint reinforcing unit with large compressive strength to efficiently reinforce a joint of a steel pipe truss to prevent member buckling. The truss for joint buckling prevention comprises: an upper chord member and a lower chord member made of a steel pipe and arranged to be separated from each other; and a plurality of web members coupled between the upper chord member and the lower chord member. A joint reinforcing unit formed by filling a filling reinforcement material is arranged in the upper and lower chord members of a joint where the web members are joined to the upper and lower chord members. An end plate is arranged on ends of the web members, and the end plate is coupled to one side of the upper and lower chord members. An anchor member formed in an L-shape by bending the end of the inside of the joint reinforcing unit to one side is coupled to the end plate to be fixed in the joint reinforcing unit by penetrating steel pipe walls of the upper and lower chord members and the end plate. A fixing nut is fastened to one end of the anchor member on the outside of the upper and lower chord members to be stopped and fixed on the end plate.
본 발명은 웨브재와 상현재 또는 하현재가 접합되는 절점부에서 상하현재 내부에 충전보강재를 충전하여 압축 내력이 큰 절점보강부를 형성함으로써, 강관 트러스의 절점부를 효율적으로 보강하여 부재 좌굴을 방지할 수 있는 절점부 좌굴 방지 트러스에 대한 것이다.본 발명 절점부 좌굴 방지 트러스는 강관으로 구성되어 상호 이격되게 배치되는 상현재와 하현재 및 상기 상현재와 하현재의 사이에 결합되는 복수의 웨브재로 구성되는 트러스에서, 상기 웨브재가 상하현재와 접합되는 절점부의 상하현재 내부에는 충전보강재가 충전되어 형성되는 절점보강부가 구비되되, 상기 웨브재의 단부에는 엔드플레이트가 구비되어, 상기 엔드플레이트가 상하현재의 일측에 결합되고, 상기 엔드플레이트에는 엔드플레이트와 상하현재의 강관벽을 관통하여 절점보강부 내에 정착되도록 절점보강부 내측 단부가 일측으로 절곡되어 L형으로 형성된 앵커부재가 결합되며, 상기 앵커부재의 상하현재 외측의 일단에는 고정너트가 체결되어 엔드플레이트에 걸려 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
