The present invention relates to a window system having a ventilation function of an apartment building, which is capable of enabling a window system provided as a whole window form to an apartment building such as a high-rise apartment or the like to perform ventilation while opening about half of an area at anytime in accordance with the need of a user. The window system having a ventilation function of an apartment building includes a window frame, a first window frame, a second window frame, a first unit whole glass, a second unit whole glass, a window frame forward and backward movement part, a window frame left and right movement part and a control part. The window frame forward and backward movement part includes: a plurality of solenoid actuators; a magnetic body block combined with the front end of a working rod of a corresponding solenoid actuator of the solenoid actuators; and electromagnets installed on the first window frame to be matched with the magnetic body block. The window frame left and right movement part includes a sliding power delivery protrusion, a forward and reverse rotation motor, and a sawtooth wheel.
본 발명은 고층 아파트 등 공동주택 건축물에 통창 형태로 제공되는 창호 시스템이 사용자의 필요에 따라 언제든지 절반 정도의 영역을 개방하면서 환기 작용이 이루어질 수 있도록 한 공동주택 건축물의 환기 기능을 갖춘 창호 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 공동주택 건축물의 환기 기능을 갖춘 창호 시스템은 창틀, 제1 창문틀, 제2 창문틀, 제1 단위 통유리, 제2 단위 통유리, 창문틀 전후 이동부, 창문틀 좌우 이동부 및 제어부를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 창문틀 전후 이동부는 복수의 솔레노이드 액츄에이터, 상기 솔레노이드 액츄에이터별 해당 솔레노이드 액츄에이터의 작동로드 선단에 결합되는 자성체 블록, 상기 자성체 블록과 대응되도록 상기 제1 창문틀에 설치되는 전자석들을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 창문틀 좌우 이동부는 슬라이딩 동력 전달돌기, 정역회전모터 및 톱니휠을 포함하여 구성된다.
