The present invention relates to a mold apparatus for a pipe and a pipe manufacturing method thereof. A purpose is to provide a mold apparatus for a pipe capable of facilitating installation and detachment and having a simple structure by separating an inner mold inserted into an outer mold into first and second molds and making the first and second molds attached to/detached from an installation hole of the outer mold through rotation around a hinge part, and a pipe manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the mold apparatus includes an outer mold having a placement space internally, and including installation holes formed at both ends in a longitudinal direction to be connected to the placement space; an inner mold inserted into the placement space while being supported by the installation holes of the outer mold to form a pipe hole of a pipe; and a hinge part and a rotation control part connected to the inner mold to mount or detach the inner mold in or from the installation hole. The inner mold includes: a first mold wherein an outer surface of a first support panel is attached to an inner surface located on one side of the installation hole, and a plurality of support ribs are attached to an inner surface of the first support panel; a second mold wherein an outer surface of a second support panel is attached to an inner surface located on the other side of the installation hole, and a plurality of support ribs are attached to an inner surface of the second support panel; and a hinge part installed in a hinge hole penetrating an upper part of the support ribs of the first mold and a hinge hole penetrating an upper part of the support ribs of the second mold to enable the rotation of the first and second molds.
본 발명은 관거용 거푸집 장치와 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 관거에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 외부거푸집내로 삽입설치되는 내부거푸집이 제1,2거푸집으로 분리되고, 제1,2거푸집이 힌지부를 축으로 회동되어 외부거푸집의 설치홀에 밀착/탈착되도록 하여, 구조가 단순하고, 장착 및 탈착이 용이하게 이루어지는 관거용 거푸집 장치와 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 관거를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 타설공간이 내부에 구비되고, 타설공간과 연통되도록 길이방향 양단에 설치홀이 형성된 외부거푸집; 외부거푸집의 설치홀에 지지되면서 타설공간내로 삽입 설치되어 관거의 관거홀을 조성하는 내부거푸집; 내부거푸집에 연결 설치되어 내부거푸집을 설치홀에 장탈착시키는 힌지부 및 회동조절부;를 포함하되, 상기 내부거푸집은, 설치홀의 일측에 위치하는 내면에 제1지지패널의 외면이 밀착되고, 제1지지패널의 내면에 복수의 지지리브가 부착된 제1거푸집과, 설치홀의 타측에 위치하는 내면에 제2지지패널의 외면이 밀착되고, 제2지지패널 내면에 복수의 지지리브가 부착된 제2거푸집과, 제1거푸집과 제2거푸집이 회동되도록 제1거푸집의 지지리브 상단을 관통한 힌지홀과 제2거푸집의 지지리브 상단을 관통한 힌지홀에 설치되는 힌지부를 포함하도록 되어 있다.
