Door open and close apparatus for deadbolt type
The present invention relates to a deadbolt type door opening/closing device. An objective of the present invention is to always stop a door at the center by seating a guide ball on the door in a guide groove mounted on a door frame for accurately realizing an opening/closing position of the door when opening and closing the door by using the magnetic force of an electromagnet, which senses whether a magnetic sensor and a deadbolt are locked. The deadbolt type door opening/closing device that the magnetic force is controlled by the electromagnet by supplying or blocking power comprises: a power lock (10) in which a power lock pin (11) operating in a forward and backward motion whenever the door is opened and closed is embedded; a dead plate (20) configured with one cross-section of the power lock (10) that the power lock pin (11) operates in a fastening structure; a dead bolt cover (30) configured as a fastening structure integrally inserted on the other side of the dead plate (20); a door frame (40) in which the power lock (10), the dead plate (20), and the dead plate cover (30) are integrally fixed by a fastener (41); and a positioning unit (50) positioning and fixing the opening and closing position of the door facing the power lock (10).
본 발명의 목적은 데드볼트식 도어개폐장치에 관한 것으로, 마그네틱센서와 데드볼트의 잠금여부를 감지하는 전자석의 자력의 힘을 이용하여 도어를 개폐할 때 도어의 개폐 위치를 정확하게 구현하기 위하여 도어에 달린 가이드 볼이 도어 프레임에 장착된 가이드홈에 안착되게 함으로써 항상 센터에서 문이 정지되게 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명의 구성으로는 전원을 공급 또는 차단시킴으로 전자석에 의해 자력이 제어되는 데드볼트식 도어개폐장치는 상기 도어가 열리고 닫힐때마다 전후진으로 작동하는 파워락 핀(11)이 내장된 파워락(10);과 상기 파워락 핀(11)이 작동하는 파워락(10) 일단면과 체결구조로 구성되는 데드플레이트(20);와 상기 데드플레이트(20)의 타측면상에 일체형으로 삽입하는 체결구조로 구성되는 데드볼트커버(30);와 상기 파워 락(10), 데드플레이트(20), 데드플레이트커버(30)가 체결구(41)에 의해 일체로 고정되어 있는 도어 프레임(40);과 상기 파워락(10)에 대향하여 도어의 개폐위치를 결정하고 고정하는 위치결정유닛(50)이 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
