The present invention relates to an access hole door including a spring hinge, which can be easily installed and separated and insert a spring between a hinge body and a hinge pin to easily open and close an access hole. The access hole door coupled to an access hole frame to be rotationally opened and closed by using the hinge pin as a central shaft includes one to ten spring hinges, wherein the spring hinges include: a hinge pin which is manufactured in a rod shape and of which one side end is coupled to a shaft hole formed on the access hole frame to be retractable and extractable and the other side end is provided with a retractable and extractable handle; a spring inserted into an outer circumferential surface of the hinge pin to elastically support the hinge pin so that the hinge pin can be extracted from the shaft hole; and a hinge body which is extended in parallel with a longitudinal direction of the hinge pin and in which both end portions of the hinge pin penetrates into both bent end portions to be coupled thereto so that the hinge pin is supported, wherein the first bent portion into which one side end of the hinge pin penetrates to be coupled is positioned between an outer side surface of the access hole door and an inner side surface of the access hole frame and the second bent portion into which the other side end of the hinge pin penetrates to be coupled supports the spring.
본 발명은 설치 및 분리가 용이할 뿐만 아니라 힌지바디와 힌지핀 사이에 스프링을 삽입하는 것으로 점검구의 개폐가 용이한 스프링 힌지를 포함하는 점검구 도어에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 점검구 틀과 힌지핀을 중심축으로 회전개폐 가능하도록 결합되는 점검구 도어에 있어서; 상기 점검구 도어는 스프링 힌지를 1~10개 포함하며, 상기 스프링 힌지는; 봉 형상으로 제작되고, 일측단이 상기 점검구 틀에 형성된 축공에 출몰 가능하도록 결합되며, 타측단에 출몰손잡이를 형성하는 힌지핀; 상기 힌지핀의 외주면에 끼워져 힌지핀이 축공으로부터 출몰될 수 있도록 상기 힌지핀을 탄력 지지하는 스프링; 및 상기 힌지핀의 길이 방향에 평행하게 연장 형성되되, 절곡된 양단부에 상기 힌지핀의 양단부가 관통 결합되어 상기 힌지핀을 지지하며, 힌지핀의 일측단이 관통 결합되는 제1 절곡부는 상기 점검구 도어의 외측면과 상기 점검구 틀의 내측면 사이에 위치하며, 힌지핀의 타측단이 관통되어 결합되는 제2 절곡부는 상기 스프링을 지지하는 힌지바디를 포함하는 점검구 도어를 제공한다.
The present invention relates to an access hole door including a spring hinge, which can be easily installed and separated and insert a spring between a hinge body and a hinge pin to easily open and close an access hole.
