MODULAR COOLING TOWER USING BY PROFILE
The present invention relates to a modular cooling tower using a profile, wherein a housing (20) is seated on a base frame (10), a water collecting tank (30) is disposed at the lower end of the housing (20), a cooling fan device (40) is disposed in the hollow of the water collecting tank (30), a water eliminator (50) is disposed above the cooling fan device (40), a filler (60) is disposed above the water eliminator (50), a sprinkler (70) is disposed above the filler (60), and a drift eliminator (80) is disposed on the top of the sprinkler (70). The housing (20) is formed in a hexahedral shape, corner mounting members (21) are disposed at each of the eight corners, both ends of connection profiles (22) are connected to the corner mounting members (21), respectively so that the corner mounting members (21) and the connection profile (22) form a hexahedral skeleton, a vertical profile (23) is disposed between an upper horizontal connection profile (22a) disposed horizontally at a relatively upper part and a lower horizontal connection profile (22b) disposed horizontally at a relatively lower part, among the connection profiles (22), so that a plurality of grid spaces (24) are formed on a wall surface unit by the vertical profile (23), and insulation panels (25) are disposed in each grid space (24) so that the plurality of insulation panels (25) form the wall surface unit.
본 발명은 프로파일을 이용한 모듈형 냉각탑에 관한 것으로서, 베이스 프레임(10)에 하우징(20)이 안착되고, 하우징(20)의 하단에 집수조(30)가 배치되고, 집수조(30)의 중공부에 냉각팬 장치(40)가 배치되고, 냉각팬 장치(40)의 상부에 워터 엘리미네이터(50)가 배치되고, 워터 엘리미네이터(50)의 상부에 필러(60)가 배치되며, 상기 필러(60)의 상부에 살수장치(70)가 배치되고, 상기 살수장치(70)의 상부에 드리프트 엘리미네이터(80)가 배치되는 프로파일을 이용한 모듈형 냉각탑에 있어서, 상기 하우징(20)은 육면체 형상으로 형성되고, 8개의 코너에 코너 마운팅 부재(21)가 각각 배치되며, 연결 프로파일(22)의 양 단부가 코너 마운팅 부재(21)에 각각 연결되어, 코너 마운팅 부재(21)와 연결 프로파일(22)이 육면체 형상의 뼈대를 이루고, 연결 프로파일(22) 중 상대적으로 상부에 수평하게 배치되는 상부 수평 연결 프로파일(22a)과 상대적으로 하부에 수평하게 배치되는 하부 수평 연결 프로파일(22b) 사이에 수직 프로파일(23)이 배치되어, 수직 프로파일(23)에 의해 벽면부에 복수개의 격자 공간(24)이 형성되며, 각각의 격자 공간(24)에 단열 패널(25)이 배치되어, 복수개의 단열 패널(25)이 벽면부를 형성하게 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a modular cooling tower using a profile, wherein a housing (20) is seated on a base frame (10), a water collecting tank (30) is disposed at the lower end of the housing (20), a cooling fan device (40) is disposed in the hollow of the water collecting tank (30), a water eliminator (50) is disposed above the cooling fan device (40), a filler (60) is disposed above the water eliminator (50), a sprinkler (70) is disposed above the filler (60), and a drift eliminator (80) is disposed on the top of the sprinkler (70). The housing (20) is formed in a hexahedral shape, corner mounting members (21) are disposed at each of the eight corners, both ends of connection profiles (22) are connected to the corner mounting members (21), respectively so that the corner mounting members (21) and the connection profile (22) form a hexahedral skeleton, a vertical profile (23) is disposed between an upper horizontal connection profile (22a) disposed horizontally at a relatively upper part and a lower horizontal connection profile (22b) disposed horizontally at a relatively lower part, among the connection profiles (22), so that a plurality of grid spaces (24) are formed on a wall surface unit by the vertical profile (23), and insulation panels (25) are disposed in each grid space (24) so that the plurality of insulation panels (25) form the wall surface unit.
