Early strength accelerating cement for cold weather concrete
The present invention relates to a concrete binder and, more specifically, to early strength accelerating cement for winter to secure compressive strength of 5 MPa or more within a material age of 18 hours at a curing condition of 13°C in winter. According to the present invention, the early strength accelerating cement is formed by mixing 0.7-2.5 parts by weight of a powder-type complex additive with respect to 100 parts by weight of early strength accelerating cement. The complex additive is formed by mixing 15-25 parts by weight of a setting retarder with respect to 100 parts by weight of a curing accelerator.
본 발명은 콘크리트 결합재에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 동절기 13℃의 양생 조건에서 재령 18시간 이내에 5MPa 이상의 압축강도가 확보되도록 하는 조기강도 촉진 시멘트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 「조강형 시멘트 100중량부 대비 분체상의 복합첨가제 0.7~2.5중량부가 혼합 조성되며, 상기 복합첨가제는 경화촉진제 100중량부 대비 응결지연제 15~25중량부가 혼합 조성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조기강도 촉진 시멘트」를 제공한다.
