본 발명은 공장에서 제작된 PC세그먼트를 이용하여 빠르고 견고하게 조립식 주택을 건축할 수 있는 PC세그먼트를 이용한 모듈형 조립식 주택 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 PC세그먼트를 이용한 모듈형 조립식 주택은 정면과 배면이 개방부로 이루어진 육면체 형태의 PC세그먼트; 상기 PC세그먼트들을 적층 방식으로 간격을 유지하며 전후좌우 방향으로 각각 설치하여 1층 이상으로 이루어진 다수세대를 구성하고 이들을 설치된 상태로 고정시키기 위한 고정수단; 상기 PC세그먼트들로 이루어진 2층부 이상의 각 해당층에 형성되는 복도; 상기 PC세그먼트들로 이루어진 각층을 연결하는 계단; 을 포함하는 PC세그먼트를 이용한 모듈형 조립식 주택을 제공한다.
The present invention relates to a modular prefabricated house using a PC segment, capable of rapidly and strongly constructing a prefabricated house using a PC segment manufactured in a factory, and a construction method for the same. According to the present invention, the modular prefabricated house using the PC segment includes: a hexahedral PC segment of which the front side and the rear side are opening units; a fixing unit forming multiple households formed in a first floor or greater by installing the PC segments at intervals in the forward and backward directions and the horizontal direction in a piling method, wherein the fixing unit is to fix the multiple households in an installation state; a corridor formed in each corresponding floor of a second floor or greater formed by the PC segments; and stairs connecting each floor formed by the PC segments.
