The present invention relates to a non-disassembly mold assembly equipped with a heat insulation material, and a method for constructing a beam structure using the same. According to the present invention, the non-disassembly mold assembly equipped with a heat insulation material comprises: a non-disassembly mold including a bottom plate, a first side plate, and a second side plate; a plurality of lower stirrups including a first horizontal part, a first bent part, and a second bent part; a plurality of upper stirrups including a second horizontal part, a third bent part, and a fourth bent part; first heat insulation materials; second heat insulation materials; third heat insulation materials; and fourth heat insulation materials. According to the present invention, a construction period can be shortened.
본 발명은 하면판, 상기 하면판의 양측에 각각 세워져서 상기 하면판과 함께 콘크리트가 타설되는 공간을 한정하는 제1측면판 및 제2측면판을 포함하고, 강성 강화를 위해 상기 제1측면판에는 제1돌출부, 상기 제2측면판에는 제2돌출부, 상기 하면판에는 제3돌출부가 설정 간격 이격되어 복수 개가 형성되되, 각각이 상기 타설 공간 내부 방향으로 설정 길이 돌출되도록 절곡하여 형성되며, 상기 타설된 콘크리트가 완전히 경화된 후에도 제거되지 않고 설치된 상태를 유지하는 무해체 거푸집, 상기 제3돌출부 상에 밀착되도록 배치되는 제1수평부, 상기 제1수평부의 일측에 일체로 형성되고 위쪽으로 굽어진 제1절곡부 및 상기 제1수평부의 타측에 일체로 형성되고 위쪽으로 굽어진 제2절곡부를 포함하고, 상기 거푸집의 길이 방향을 따라 이격되어 복수 개가 설치되는 하부 스트럽들, 상기 제1수평부로부터 위쪽으로 이격되어 배치되는 제2수평부, 상기 제2수평부의 일측에 일체로 형성되어 위쪽으로 굽어지고, 상부는 상기 제1돌출부에 밀착되며, 하부는 상기 제1절곡부에 밀착되어 결합되는 제3절곡부, 상기 제2수평부의 타측에 일체로 형성되어 위쪽으로 굽어지고, 상부는 상기 제2돌출부에 밀착되며, 하부는 상기 제2절곡부에 밀착되어 결합되는 제4절곡부를 포함하고, 상기 길이 방향을 따라 이격되어 복수 개가 설치되는 상부 스트럽들, 상기 하면판과 상기 하부 스트럽들 사이에 배치되는 제1단열재들, 상기 하부 스트럽이 배치되어 있는 상기 제3돌출부 상에 배치되는 제2단열재들, 상기 타설 공간 방향으로 제1연결부재에 의해 상기 제1측면판과 함께 관통되고, 상기 제1측면판의 외부면을 덮도록 고정 배치되는 복수 개의 제3단열재들, 상기 타설 공간 방향으로 제2연결부재에 의해 상기 제2측면판과 함께 관통되고, 상기 제2측면판의 외부면을 덮도록 고정 배치되는 복수 개의 제4단열재들, 상기 제2단열재들은, 상기 하부 스트럽의 제1절곡부 및 제2절곡부를 상부에서 하부 방향으로 관통하여 상기 제1단열재들, 상기 제3돌출부, 상기 제1측면판 및 상기 제2측면판과 밀착되도록 배치되고, 상기 타설 공간 방향으로 상기 제1측면판과 상기 제3단열재들을 관통하는 제3연결부재 및 상기 타설 공간 방향으로 상기 제2측면판과 상기 제4단열재를 관통하는 제4연결부재가 삽입되어 고정되는 단열재가 구비된 무해체 거푸집 어셈블리를 제공한다. 따라서 거푸집 하면을 단열하기 위해 배치되는 단열재는 거푸집의 내측면에 배치되기 때문에 공장에서 제작된 거푸집 어셈블리를 이동하는 과정에서 단열재가 거푸집 외부에 배치될 때보다 파손되는 비율을 줄일 수 있다.
