Method for producing quicklime using oyster shell powder and lime sludge
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing quicklime which comprises the following steps: mixing an oyster shell powder, a limestone sludge, and dust to manufacture a blended raw material; and charging the blended raw material to a sintering furnace and performing a sintering process, so that the hydration rate of the blended raw material is 90% or more and 100% or less, and the differentiation rate of the blended raw material is 14 to 16%. The present invention has the advantage of stably supplying quicklime with stable quality and high quality.
본 발명은 굴 패각분말과; 석회석슬러지와 분진을 혼합하여 배합원료를 제조하는 단계와, 상기 배합원료를 소성로에 장입하고 소성공정을 수행하는 단계를 포함하여, 상기 배합원료의 수화율이 90 % 이상 100 % 이하이고, 분화율이 14 ~ 16 %가 되도록 제조하는 생석회 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
