The reinforcement method of parking lot and concrete floor
The present invention relates to a parking lot and a concrete floor reinforcement construction method. The concrete floor reinforcement construction method comprises the steps of: applying a steam cured urethane (20) onto a basic surface (10) of an object to be constructed; constructing, on the upper surface of the steam curable urethane (20), a mat (30) impregnated with fiber glass with highly rigid polyurethane; evenly applying a silica coating material (40) on the upper surface of the mat (30), and then re-applying highly rigid polyurethane (50) on the upper surface thereof; applying polyurea elastomer (60) on the silica coating material (40) fixed by the highly rigid polyurethane (50); and applying highly rigid polyurethane (50) on the upper surface of the polyurea elastomer (60). According to the present invention, predetermined elasticity is ensured, and flexibility is also ensured, such that a concrete floor of the present invention is tough. Also, the concrete floor is not easily broken or torn even by predetermined impact.
본 발명은 소정의 탄력을 가지면서도 유연성이 있어 질기며, 일정한 충격에도 쉽게 깨지거나 찢어지지 않도록 한 주차장 및 콘크리트 바닥의 보강 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 시공 대상의 기초면(10)에 습기 경화형 우레탄(20)을 도포하는 단계와; 상기 습기 경화형 우레탄(20)의 상면에 화이버그라스를 고경질 폴리우레탄으로 함침한 매트(30)를 시공하는 단계와; 상기 매트(30)의 상면에 규사 코팅재(40)를 고르게 도포한 후, 다시 그 상면에 고경질 폴리우레탄(50)을 도포하는 단계와; 상기 고경질 폴리우레탄(50)에 의해 고정된 규사 코팅재(40)위에, 폴리우레아 엘라스토머(60)를 도포하는 단계와; 상기 폴리우레아 엘라스토머(60)의 상면에 고경질 폴리우레탄(50)을 도포하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 매트(30)는 네 개의 층으로 형성되는데, 우선 습기 경화형 우레탄(20)의 상면에 고경질 폴리우레탄(31)을 도포한 후, 그 위에 화이버그라스(32)와 메쉬(33)를 순차적으로 적재한 다음, 마지막으로 고경질 폴리우레탄(31)을 도포해줌으로써, 중간의 화이버그라스가 고경질 폴리우레탄로 견고하게 함침되도록 구성되고, 상기 습기 경화형 우레탄(20)의 두께는 20 ~ 50㎛이고, 상기 고경질 폴리우레탄(31)(34)(50)(70)의 두께는 30 ~ 100㎛이고, 상기 폴리우레아 엘라스토머(60)의 두께는 200 ~ 1,000㎛이며, 시공 대상의 기초면(10) 위에 시공된 전체 두께는 1.5 ~3.5 mm이 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a parking lot and a concrete floor reinforcement construction method. The concrete floor reinforcement construction method comprises the steps of: applying a steam cured urethane (20) onto a basic surface (10) of an object to be constructed; constructing, on the upper surface of the steam curable urethane (20), a mat (30) impregnated with fiber glass with highly rigid polyurethane; evenly applying a silica coating material (40) on the upper surface of the mat (30), and then re-applying highly rigid polyurethane (50) on the upper surface thereof; applying polyurea elastomer (60) on the silica coating material (40) fixed by the highly rigid polyurethane (50); and applying highly rigid polyurethane (50) on the upper surface of the polyurea elastomer (60). According to the present invention, predetermined elasticity is ensured, and flexibility is also ensured, such that a concrete floor of the present invention is tough. Also, the concrete floor is not easily broken or torn even by predetermined impact.
