A ROTARY TRASH REMOVER TYPE OF DIVIDED WATERWAY
The present invention provides an improved structure such that thin and long impurities may not be easily wound around a screen bar, and that impurities filtered in a screen net may be eliminated on the inside, and that the screen net may be attached and detached without disassembling the casing of a filtering machine to easily remove impurities compressed and consolidated between the screen bars. To this end, in a filtering machine with a divided waterway, at the front part of an influent waterway (1) for a sewage or wastewater treatment plant, both left and right wall surfaces are blocked by a front part separation wall (2), whereas the central portion of the rear part thereof is blocked by a rear part separation wall (3). A groove is formed on the floor to be individually divided into a right waterway (1-1), a left waterway (1-2) and a lower waterway (1-3), wherein a track (4) is buried at the left and right ends of the divided waterways (1-1, 1-2, 1-3) such that a pair of head sprockets (15-1, 15-2) and a transport chain (20) may be connected. A screen net (30) is assembled with each link of the transport chain (20) so as to be upwardly driven for removal before being downwardly returned, always in a state of containing contents mixed in sewage water therein. Here, a take-up type rake (40) is mounted on the inner surface of the head sprockets (15-1, 15-2) so as to be rotated in the same direction while maintaining a predetermined interval (S) from the front surface of the screen net (30), thereby removing impurities (i) downwardly sagging from the inside of the screen net (30).
본 발명은 스크린 바는 가늘고 긴 협잡물이 쉽게 휘감지 못하도록 구조를 변경하고, 스크린 망 내부에서 걸린 협잡물은 내부에서 제거하도록 개선하며, 스크린 망을 제진기 케이싱 분해없이 착탈하여 스크린 바 사이에 협착되어 압밀된 협잡물을 쉽게 제거할 수 있도록 한 것으로, 하수나 폐수처리장 유입수로(1) 전부에는 양측 좌,우 벽면을 전방분리벽(2)으로 막고, 후부 중앙 부분에는 후부분리벽(3)으로 막고, 바닥은 홈을 만들어 각각 우측수로(1-1)와 좌측수로(1-2) 및 하부수로(1-3)로 분리하고, 상기 분리된 수로(1-1,1-2,1-3)의 좌,우단에 트랙(4)을 매립하여 한 쌍의 헤드 스프로킷(15-1,15-2)과 이송체인(20)을 연결하며, 상기 이송체인(20)의 링크마다 스크린 망(30)을 조립하여 항상 하수에 섞인 함유물을 내부에 가둔 상태에서 상행 주행하여 제거하고 하향 귀환하는 수로 분리형 제진기에 있어서; 상기 헤드 스프로킷(15-1,15-2) 내측면에 테이크업형 레이크(40)을 장착하여 상기 스크린 망(30) 전면에서 일정한 간격(S)을 유지한 상태로 동일한 방향으로 회전시키면서 스크린 망(30) 내부에 걸려 하방으로 처진 협잡물(i)을 제거하도록 되어 있다.
