According to one aspect of the present invention, a construction method of foundation construction of a building comprises: an excavating step; a tamping step of tamping the ground in which excavation is completed; a step of reinforcing a reinforcing bar after spreading rubble stones on the tamped ground; a step of installing a mold; and a step of placing and curing concrete to complete a foundation. Also, the construction method of foundation construction of a building comprises a step of installing earth retaining on a border of an excavation section before the excavating step. The step of installing earth retaining can comprise the following steps of: embedding columns in each edge of the border of the excavation section; and connecting a plurality of wall units between the columns adjacent to each other. Therefore, the construction method of foundation construction of a building can shorten a construction period.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 건축물의 기초공사 시공방법은 터파기 단계와, 터파기가 완료된 지면을 다지는 다짐 단계와, 다져진 지면 위에 잡석을 깐 후 철근을 배근하는 단계와, 거푸집을 설치하는 단계와, 콘크리트를 타설 및 양생하여 기초를 완성하는 단계를 구비하고, 상기 터파기 단계 이전에는 터파기 구간의 테두리에 흙막이 설치 단계가 구비되고, 상기 흙막이 설치 단계는 터파기 구간 테두리의 각 모서리에 지주를 매설하는 단계와, 서로 이웃하는 지주 사이에 다수의 벽 유닛을 연결하는 단계를 구비할 수 있다.
